It snowed a lot last winter, and everything outside was covered in white. After breakfast, I put on my coat, boots, gloves, and hat to go outside. I wanted to build a snowman in the front yard. First, I made a small snowball with my hands. Then, I rolled it on the ground, and it grew bigger and bigger. I made two more snowballs, one for the body and one for the head. Mom helped me stack them on top of each other. The snowman looked tall and round! I gave the snowman a carrot for a nose and two small rocks for eyes. I used sticks for his arms and a scarf to keep him warm. Dad found an old hat and put it on the snowman’s head. He looked so funny and cute! My little brother helped me make a small snowball, and we had a snowball fight. We laughed and ran around in the snow. After playing, we went inside and drank hot chocolate. I looked outside the window and smiled at my snowman. He stayed there all day, and I showed him to my friends. Building a snowman was so much fun. I hope it snows again soon!
